Note:
Names of Air Force-oriented organizations will only be used when the full name, retired grade, and correspondence address is given for a point of contact. Request for publication of reunion notices on this page will only be accepted by e-mail and must include at least the name, military affiliation, and address of the submitter. E-mail addresses and phone numbers may also be given. Please, no acronyms. To reach the most people possible, reunion notices should be sent to afpc.retiree@randolph.af.mil at least six months before the event but no more than a year in advance. Reunions will remain posted until the event date has passed. 

May 2015

The 91st Strategic Reconnaissance Wing Association is having its reunion May 17 to 22 at the Best Western Plus near the Savannah Airport in Georgia. This reunion is open to people who served with the wing at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, 1948-49; Yokota Air Base, Japan, 1950-54; Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, 1950-51; and Lockbourne AFB, Ohio, 1951-57. This includes current and former members of 91st support units. Also invited are members of the 91st Bomb Group (World War II) and the Lockbourne AFB Reunion Group. There will be a reunion for all current, retired and former U.S. Air Force/Department of Defense firefighters including Guard, Reserve, and DOD civilians, takes place May 15-17, 2015, at the Hope Hotel at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  Anyone who has earned a USAF Firefighter Badge is welcome to attend.  For more information, email Karl Hainisch at usaffirefighterreunion2015@yahoo.com.

The 50th Anniversary Celebration of RED HORSE and PRIME BEEF takes place in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Oct 12 to 16, and is sponsored by the RED HORSE Association.  People do not have to be a member of the association to attend.  Highlights of the celebration include recognition of initial PRIME BEEF teams and the original Vietnam-era RED HORSE squadrons; a tour of the Naval Air Museum in nearby Pensacola; interaction with the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron stationed at Hurlburt Field; and a golf tournament and banquet. OCTOBER 2015

The 20th Fighter Wing Association reunion is taking place at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in Louisiana, Oct. 14 to 18. The 31st Annual chief's gathering (social), hosted by the Chiefs Group at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, is scheduled for 6 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Blue Bonnet Palace in Selma, Texas.  This is an informal, fun event meant to bring together old and new chief master sergeants for an evening of remembrance and esprit de corps.
