  • Possible military pharmacy changes due to COVID-19

    Do you use a military pharmacy? If so, there may be temporary limitations that result in s decrease in service or closure at your pharmacy due to COVID-19. To maintain patient and personnel safety, you may have to temporarily switch your prescription to TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or to a TRICARE retail network pharmacy.
  • TRICARE announces temporary suspension of physician referrals for beneficiaries affected by Hurricane Florence

    The Defense Health Agency announced TRICARE beneficiaries under mandatory evacuation orders in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia may see a provider in any location without a referral from their primary care provider due to the impact of Hurricane Florence. The waiver applies to beneficiaries in approximately 40 counties where state governors have ordered evacuations as Florence approaches.
  • Milestone changes coming to TRICARE

    TRICARE beneficiaries will soon have increased access to health care through key changes that are set to take place in January 2018. With the benefit set to undergo some of the biggest improvements in more than two decades, beneficiaries will be able to take command of their health care through expanded choices. These improvements include wider access to network providers, updated enrollment to reduce disruptions in care and simplified co-payments.
